Google has launched a new payment app called Google Tez. With Tez, you can pay directly from your bank account, which means your money is safe with your bank and you’ll continue to earn interest. There’s no need to open a separate account or worry about reloading wallets. Tez uses UPI (Unified Payments Interface) and works with all major banks, including our partners: Axis, HDFC Bank, ICICI and State Bank of India. UPI allows users to send/receive payment directly into users bank accounts. You can connect bank account with just your bank register mobile number.
Tez also has a Cash Mode which allows you to send money instantly to another Tez user nearby without needing to share private details like your bank account or phone number. You can also use Tez to pay for your online orders. Tez also support many Indian languages which makes it more comfortable to use.

How to use Google Tez ?
Step 1: Download and Install Tez from Playsore for android , AppStore for apple.
Step 2: After installation, Open Tez , you will be asked to enter your mobile number for verification. Enter the number linked with your bank account.
Step 3: Now , Setup your Google PIN or screen lock.
Step 4: To add your bank account click on bank account from the top (in-app), choose your bank and Tez will automatically finds it's detail through UPI. That's it you are now ready for your first transaction. You can even pay using phone number , UPI code and bank account.
